Summary
Dr.Steven Michael Umberger,a native of Atlanta, was validictorian as well as STAR student for his high school class. At Mercer University he majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry and History. In 1981 he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was recipient of the Emile T.Fisher scholarship for the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. Upon graduating from MCG in 1985, he began his dental career in Newnan ,Georgia. His wife Bonnie also from Atlanta, is a graduate of Emory University and a registered nurse.They have two children Carrie and Michael who are currently pursuing their graduate degrees.
