Dr. Vanderby and staff are fantastic! They listen and care! Dr. V took his time with my concerns and addressed then efficiently. I'm so happy with them.

Dr Vanderby is a wonderful man and Doctor. He cares a great deal for his patients. Going to him for over 20 years makes him not just a Doctor but a friend and basically family. I trust him implicitly. He is through and not only does he take care of medical needs but is interested and concerned about my life. He has seen me through some of the highest and lowest points of my life. His visits are through and as a patient you may not always here what you want to hear but since he is an honest caring man he tells you what you need to hear. In my opinion he deserves more than five stars.

the staff is the only reason I come back here they are professional & very nice. Dr vanderby is an ok dr but he's strictly business. His nurse Stehanie really seems like she cares & explains everything you are going through

Horrible staff, very rude and pretentious. MA and doctor both ignore almost every concern you have and rush you out. There was a problem with my insurance covering the visit, and when I called the office to see what the problem was on their end, I was told I'm not even in their system and they don't have a chart for me. I was spoken to in a very rude manner, I will NEVER go back and I will NEVER recommend this doctor to ANYONE. The doctor isn't as horrible as the staff, but he wasn't much better either. This is the first time I have ever been treated this way by a doctor and their staff, and it is nothing short of appalling. Someone should report their office for non-compliance with record keeping, it is completely unacceptable to treat a patient this way and then tell them you have no record of them ever coming in.

DE Vanderby is an incredible DR , as well as his staff. I never wait too long in his waiting room, he is so educated it doesn't take much time for him to correctly diagnose an issue which I like. some of you that have not rated him a five star are just expecting miracles, take care of yourself and follow his orders and you will be just fine,, not my opinion,, just the facts, Ive been through many DR in florida and I think he is the best and his staff care just as much as he does

Dr vanderby spent 5 minutes with me, did not refer me to the specialist I need to treat my problem. The receptionist was condenseding. I called to have my medication refilled twice with no response. Finally had the pharmacy fax a request 3 times with no response It is the weekend now and I've been without my medication for 4 days and can only wait till Monday to try again. The meds in question are not safe to stop abruptly! apparently he doesn't care. His charge for an office visit is $250. There is no scale, blood pressure check or any examination except for the clipboard he stares at through the exam. I would not recommend DR Vanderby to anyone.
