The whole practice should be shut down. From scheduling conflicts to poorly trained staff, it doesn't get much worse than this, if at all. Go somewhere else.

Was scheduled to have oral surgery to have several teeth removed. At consult asked if I could be put to sleep due to severe anxiety of dental procedures, was told no you will be given deep sedation and won't be aware or remember anything and I'd be comfortable don't worry. I was awake and fully aware and in horrible pain and he only got one tooth out then said I quit I can't do this. The office staff then was rude to my daughter and said these people like this we can't work on. These people. My daughter was upset how they treated me and the staff said no reason to be rude, shipped me out the door without giving me Any post op instructions, follow-up appt or antibiotics . when I got home, I called with a question and the lady said the doctor was gone and to quit screaming and being irate...I never raised my voice! I asked if she could get a hold of doctor to ask my questions and she said no. Was extremely mean and had me in tears. This was at bright now dental with this doctor. Never… again.

I am still trying to correct a gum injury suffered during an extraction. Hippocrates said, "Primum non nocere" = "first, do no harm."
