I had to write about Rick and Tresa in the Optical Department at Vold Vision. When it is time for new glasses, I have always had a difficult time getting glasses with good vision at the various distances that I need for my work. But not with Rick and Tresa! They are the most highly skilled, knowledgeable and personable Opticians I have ever encountered. They spent a great deal of time with me, delving into how I use my glasses at work. There are so many lens options today that it is so important to find experienced and knowledgeable opticians. Amazing team! Great people at Vold Vision Optical Department.

Highly, highly recommend the Vold Vision team! Every person I interacted with was happy, passionate, and professional, from beginning to end, from the front desk all the way to the billing department. Dr. Moser was amazing! She was so thorough with my eye exams and took the time to make sure all the measurements were correct. She also made me feel comfortable with how the procedure would go, as well as all the vitamins and drops I'd need to take. My procedure went very well. I got the SMILE procedure, and I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain during the operation, just slight pressure. Visually, it's like a laser light show. It's quite a trip. Then you just see bright lights and blurry blobs moving around in a circular fashion during the cornea removal portion. It was gentle with no pain, just slight pressure. Dr. Vold worked quickly and efficiently, making the entire process only about 5 minutes long. I always felt like I was in good hands. And of course, the results… have been incredible! The very next day, I was already seeing 20/20. I can see details I've never noticed before. It's truly a life changing procedure! Thanks Vold Team!

I’ve started recommending my entire family!!! Absolutely wonderful experience!!! Dr. Hurd has been my doctor for 2 years and he’s wonderful! Dr. MacFarland is amazing also and monitored my progress from my LASIK surgery from Dr. Vold who is absolutely wonderful! Also, front desk ladies are wonderful, Lara is an absolute queen ??, Mackenzie is so kind and an absolute angel, she eased my process and answered all my questions! I’m so glad I went to Vold after years of getting sub-par service at other places I took a chance and it’s been worth it!!!! 10/5 stars! Bless you all for taking such good care of me!!! ??????????

I had this procedure this past week. It is life changing. Dr. Vold the most compassionate and kind man. Very reassuring. Grant & Britney dropped everything to answer my questions. Lauren, my nurse, so loving and gentle. I had the best experience with an unbeatable outcome. I was legally blind and now see perfectly. I couldn’t drive safely with glasses before. Now I can drive without my kids driving me everywhere. Forever grateful!!!!!

This man is a hack and an outright crook. He cares about nothing other than how much money he can get out of people. He will recommend procedures that you don't need and that aren't covered by insurance, like thousands of dollars of dry eye treatments and upgraded surgery options. You can hear him screaming at his staff from the waiting room, and it is not an uncommon sight to see his staff running around with tears in their eyes. There is one blonde headed girl who has taken pictures of my personal information with her cell phone camera, which really bothers me. She says it's to help her remember it so she can enter the info on one of the testing machines, but she could have just written it down and then shredded it. Why take a pic with her personal phone? I thought that wasn't allowed. Waiting for an appointment is insane. 2-4 hours on any given day. If you aren't rich or a Razorback athlete you have to wait while those who do have money or play sports are ushered to the front of the… line. The same blonde girl offered to take my phone and help me leave a review but i said i can do it myself so i bet half the good reviews for this clinic are fake. STAY AWAY!!!!
