Dr Steven Ware is a great diagnostician.He has a wonderful bedside manner and is always kind.He helped me recover from a problem.

Dr Ware is an absolute excellent doctor- however, the office staff are rude, unporofessional, unreasonable, and don't care whether or not they get or keep your business. They are short, stubborn- even when you explain to them there's an easier way to handle the situation- like faxing the paperwork you need to fill out for a visit so that you don't have to wait in a waiting room with an autistic toddler for 30 minutes before your appointment while they assemble a new medical record! It is a shame- I really like Dr Ware and would want my son to be seen by him- however, I can't justify the ignorant and rude office staff. I hope that whoever reads this and has similar issues with the staff complains so that Dr Ware can address his staffing issues.
