Dr. Steven Myron Waters, MD

Pill pusher and office feels dirty.

Multiple family members have been in his care, for a variety of ENT issues. Two of us have had cancer removed from our faces, multiple locations. He is incredibly skilled. He is kind, reserved, gentle, whether working with children or seniors. I leave Richmond for most medical consults, but never hesitate to have Dr. Waters care for me.

I have visited Dr. Waters two different times in the past few years. Both times I have been disappointed in various ways with his hostile interaction and lacking bedside manner of courtesy, respect and approach. He also lacks sympathy to my situation and I always feel he does not really and truly desire to see me as a patient get well or at least improved. He is difficult. I was also disappointed with the office not contacting me to do a necessary follow-up appointment that as to discuss results of scans ordered by Dr. Waters. I was told by the Reid staff that this would their job to do and they would. I cannot in good faith recommend this doctor.

Without a doubt he is a Medical Mafia member. He will give you the run around. If he does see you,, how will you know if his diagnosis is correct. How will you know if the Rx is helping, or helping you to an early grave. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

I have been a patient of Dr. Waters for several years, his staff is first class and he has always met or exceeded my expectations, he is excellent in his field and explains things very well.

i had to to reid emergency room for swelling in my face. he was summoned by the er staff, and within minutes he came and started diagnostics and medicines to help me, he stayed at the hospital overlooking me for hours, and left to his office for routine calls, but rushed right back and stayed at bedside due to a worsening condition. and continually checked with the icu throughout my overnite stay. very honest humble gentleman that shows great nobility! number 1 in my book...
