Doctor is thorough and helpful, great bedside manner. However, his support staff members are rude and care more about playing their own game of CYA with insurance than being honest.

Dr Weasen has been an excellent Doctor for myself and my family.

I don't remember waiting very long to see Dr. Weasen . It's been a few years since I saw him so maybe things have changed, especially with the rash of skin problems that seem to be cropping up everywhere (pardon the puns). I do recall Dr. Weasen as being very kind and reassuring. He made me feel comfortable and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and why. He gave me the correct topical treatment to apply on the problem area and the condition did resolve in a relatively short time. I am getting ready to call him this week to make an appointment for my son.

You ususally dont even see a doctor. I think it is an assistant. wrong rash and it got worse with the treatment. Staff are your rude lady types! I went to Penn instead on 34th street. Much better,.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Weasen for several yearss. He is kind to us and very knowledgeable. I have no complaints. I will definitely recommend Dr. We as en to others.

I went to see Dr. Weasen this week for a rash/blisters on my hands. He explained my problem and treatment - I thought he was very thorough and overall a very nice person. Also, his staff was very helpful and kind. (My wait time was less than 15 minutes.)

I have seen the PA at Dr. Weasen's office, Janet, twice for acne and could not ask for a better PA or dermatologist. She is probably the nicest, most patient, and most understanding person I have ever met in the medical field. Many derms will rush into your room, look at you for two minutes, and run out again handing off an Rx on the way. Janet sat with me for over 45 minutes explaining everything to me, answering all of my questions, and doing all she could to make sure I got affordable treatment/prescriptions with my less-than-stellar health care. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I cannot recommend her more highly. She is fantastic.

Every time I've gone to this doctor, I've been forced to wait longer than 1 hour. Office staff is incredibly rude, and in this day and age, makes you pay cash copay! They suck. I took my records and am going ANYWHERE else.
