Dr. Steven Fredrick Wipijewski, DO

I had two visits with Dr. Steve, 3 months apart, the second this past week. At the first visit, I felt mostly heard and understood. At the second visit, he was a completely different person and dismissed and challenged every single thing I said about what I was dealing with and made it a problem with my “coping,” when he was not remotely in a position to do so. He had forgotten much of our past discussion and apparently not taken notes, and wasn’t interested in understanding. When he asked when I wanted to come back and (blank-faced but kidding) followed with “you’re not allowed to say never,” I simply stated that I wasn’t sure I would be back, and HE LOST IT. I tried to softly explain, which led to him going on a tirade trying to gaslight me that I was the source of my problems. He pulled up a message thread with a practice manager where the last message had not gone through on my end and harassed me over it, along with my justified anger at the manager’s gaslighting behavior. He… denied my blood test that was due because I stood up for myself. This experience is utterly unacceptable.
