Unfortunately I have to say that this was truly was a waste of time . They do not take insurance for your frames nor lenses . I like dr Woodard and hate to have to go somewhere else especially since he’s the only eye dr in town . The young lady who did the initial part of my exam was very nice In addition to my need of an exam and new lenses I also needed my glasses adjust . I have had the office do this for me in the past and the young lady would adjust them have me try them on and she would look to see if they were sitting on my face right etc . This time she took them back to her room adjusted and handed them to me . She didn’t look at them to see if they were sitting correctly on my face . She was also impatient with a veteran who just needed a little help . Very disappointing visit
