Absolutely repulsive and disgusting Provider.

My husband went to CityMD in Bay Shore this morning with a swollen face and hives. Dr. Zimmerman was VERY rude and asked him "Why didn't you just take Benadryl." We will never return.

I feel Dr. Zimmerman was very rude and condescending towards me and my condition that brought me to the ER. I was dismissed as having a panic attack. As it turns out, I have a very serious heart condition. It is my opinion that I am very disappointed in the experience I had at Good Sam and I will not be returning to this ER in the future if I can at all help it!

He was loud nasty, impatient and rude to me. He was intimidating. I I stayed only because I was in so much pain which he didn't treat correctly. I over heard him acting the same way with another patient.

After waiting 4 hours to be treated, Dr. Zimmerman finally saw me in the main treatment room. He was very rude and interrupted me when I was trying to explain the pain that I was in. I felt so upset and frustrated that I cried and left the hospital. Never coming back here again.

He cared about me and he also cared about my family. Took time to talk to everyone. Talked to my son to calm him without being asked. So nice. Explained everything. Got it right when my doctor didn't. Helped me. Saved my life.

diagnosed my mother-who was in terrible pain- with backache, had to be stopped by another doctor from dischrging her. she died 3 days later in the palliative ward. terrible dotor

Very nice and caring. Went out of his way to make sure I was okay. Such a busy place and he is so kind and patient.I watched him save someones life across the ER. Wow! And he came back to me after to update me and apologize for the wait.
