I was anxious about changing doctors but I am very happy with my decision. Dr. Bennett was very informative and very sweet. The whole office staff was great!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bennet for about 6 months. She diagnosed my endometriosis and treated it while understanding my wishes of not really wanting to be on birth control. She looked at many other options and respected me as a patient which I really appreciated!! She is also super super sweet for someone who is nervous. I very much recommend Dr. Bennett to anyone in Birmingham.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bennett for about a year. It’s not normally a big issue since I normally just come in for a yearly check up, but when I needed updates with medications, she AND her nurses were impossible to contact. No one ever picked up that line. It was annoying, but okay. Then, I was having a problem with heavy period bleeding despite being on birth control (for 10 days straight). After leaving a voicemail I got a call back from her nurse who said all I need to do is switch my medication. No consultation or real recognition of my concerns, but okay, maybe the medication will help. Went to the pharmacy to pick up the new medication only to find out she’d written me a prescription for the exact. medication. I’m. already. on. How negligent can you be? Did you not even read my patient chart? It’s absolutely ridiculous. After that my boyfriend & I both called to try & get in contact & left several voicemails. No response except one voicemail that just said “I’m returning a call” but… nothing else. We finally voiced our concerns into the voicemail box & never heard back from their office again.
