I made a telephone appointment with Dr. Reed, and after an hour of waiting and still not having received a phone call, I called her office and they told me she was running behind. I still had received no phone call by the end of the day. I later received a notification saying that she had marked me as a no-show for my appointment.

Dr Reed is a very knowledgeable and thorough doctor. He is very kind and caring. He is one of the very best doctors I have ever had.

Dr. Reed is an amazing doctor and person! He has patiently and meticulously helped both of my elderly parents. He has caught things that others have missed. He truly cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable. He has a great bedside manner and a wonderful sense of humor! Getting old is very difficult and Dr. Reed lightens the moment with a silly joke. God bless Dr. Reed. We are so sad that he is leaving UCLA. We hope that we can find out where he is working next and continue to see him. We love you Dr. Reed.

Better suited for a low effort barista job than practicing medicine. Dr. Reed is easily overwhelmed and not quite up to speed at intuiting what patients really need. Instead of making expedient informed decisions, he constantly makes referrals that generate revenue for UCLA but do little for the patient. He has zero sense of urgency or efficiency. If you need a solution fast or your life is being critically impacted, choose a different doctor.

He does not care about medical care that you actually need, he instead just gives rando referrals, even if you tell him you just had that checkup three months ago.
