Bad bed side manners, didn't believe i was in pain i was in when i told him, doesn't know his medications and i don't know how he managed to passed med school, was rude, passive, and i'm surprised i survived the surgery. He left me with out a doctor under my care while i was at a 12 day stay in the hospiital. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.

I tried to make an appointment and I spoke with RENEE in Ontario office and after 48 hrs even with she spoke with my insurance and they explain what the problem was, she doesn't know what to do y finally she said the surgeon don't make that kind of procedure. My question is this Dr or Butcher. They are only interested in your money. BE CAREFUL !!! And when RENEE answers you please ask for another person who probably know better than her

We went to the ER thinking it was just the stomach flu needing fluids well to make my child feel better. The ER doc ordered a cat scan and blood draw which showed her white cells elevated and her appendix had burst this was 6pm we waited until 8:30pm for Dr Rendon to show he looked at ct decided yes indeed it was ruptured. After all was said and done the surgery took a little over 3 hours which sucked no one came to talk to me until it was over. The next week she was in the peda units then released without restrictions. The school was having their physical fitness week which meant she was responsible for pull ups and sit ups. I went to his office 3 times for release finally they gave me one that stated her to only do what she felt comfortable doing. He was away training with his military unit so it was over a month before we saw him again. My child has stomach craps constantly and these make her feel physically sick to her stomach. We have had upper g-i's and nothing shows blockage.… It's something she will live with the rest of her life. We won't know if she will be able to carry a child until she tries. I really hope this man is stopped or gets better training! He has not only changed my life but that of my child's and whom so ever she chooses to be her husband! Very disappointed in him never again will he operate on anyone I know!

His surgery coordinator was rude, obnoxious, and incompetent. She ignored four messages I left her-was never around when I called, and treated me badly when she was. She ignored my request for a cardiology clearance and schedule me for the wrong hospital in Loma Linda. My surgery was cancelled as I was walking into the hospital and reschedule after cardiology clearance was done. He was rude and late four hours for surgery and change the procedure at the last minute for his convenience and to the dismay of my other doctor and myself.If I ever have a life threatening situation and he was the ONLY doctor around, I would definitely prefer to die. He never called nor did his staff after my surgery and I never was assigned an appointment for a follow up.Are seniors treated like this there or just certain people?
