Dr. Stewart Allen Sharp, MD

Dr. Sharp doesn’t listen to his patients and pushes his own treatment. I repeatedly told him I wanted a different therapy when asked about other options and he insisted on keeping me on the same treatment despite showing no signs of improvement. I was able to switch to another oncologist but I felt like I was being forced to undergo treatment I didn’t want. Dr. Sharp may have been a good doctor years ago but at this point, his ego seems to override any good medical sense.

Awful , egotistical, condescending and plain rude . Could not understand why I felt in good health . Every appointment he said "you should be sick " then told me I was in denial about my disease . I had a panic attack evry time I had an appointment. Don't bother with this guy . Find someone better , there are thousands .

Doctor Sharp diagnosed and treated my husband with great results. We believe in his judgement and trust him 100%

I have not visited Dr. Sharp in SC, but he successfully (and aggressively) treated me for late-stage mantle cell lymphoma for 1 1/2 years in Texas. I had absolutely no problem with his bedside manner or his answers to any questions I had, and more importantly, no issues with the results of my treatment.

Doctor Sharp is a great doctor and a wonderful human being. He spends quality time with you and really tries to understand what you are going through.

Not a compassionate person in the least - staff is not any better. You would think someone in this field would show care or interest - not in Dr. Sharps practice....Have had 2 family members go to him. One recently and one in 2009 - same consensus both times. Find another option

Very bad bedside manner and ability to diagnose is very questionable. He was very rude and condescending.

My husband has lukemia and was being treated by dr. Sharp. Dr. Sharp was not managing his pain properly. I would not recommend this Dr. At all. We are going back to md. Anderson where they will properly take good care of my husband. They are the best hospital for treating cancer patients.

I THINK DR SHARP NEEDS TO TAKE MORE TIME WHITH HIS PAITIENTS I FEEL HE WAS WRONG ON HIS TREATMENT IN AND DURING THE EXAMINATION HE TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT HE WAS WRONG AND IT WAS PROBABLY NOT THE SAME CANCER HE HAD REMOVED.

Dr. Sharp has no sympathy or courtesy with the patients he is to the point and then leaves the room, and leaves his nurses to pickup where he left off.
