The appointment with Dr. Wiegand went fine although I am very disappointed with the staff in this office. I specifically called prior to my husbands appointment to check my co-pay on a procedure and unfortunately was given wrong information. It ended up that I payed 4 times the amount originally quoted. Mind you the extra amount charged was not because the procedure had changed it was because the person representing the office and giving patients information over the phone didn't have a clue. I've just gotten off the phone with the Dr. Wiegand's office and explained the wrong information originally given to me and the response given back was basically "oh well, too bad". I am flabbergasted that customer service in this office cares little about satisfying it's patients and correcting a mistake on their part. It seems to me that the main objective is making money in this office not delivering patient car while doing business with integrity
