Dr. Stuart Myron Dobbs, MD

Dr. Dobbs treated me good. I was a new patient and he took the time to listen to everything I had to say. He has a great bedside manner.

Dr. Dobbs is the best! He worked me in one afternoon, when I felt certain I had acid reflux. But he asked good questions and quickly assessed I was having heart symptoms. So he called his cardio friend, got me in immediately, and within 3 hours I was having a heart stent put in -- that saved my life! A less experienced GI doc might have let me die while talking about reflux. I will always be grateful to Dr. Dobbs!

I think Dr. Dobbs is the best. His late night visits are indicative of how committed he is to his patients. I find him to have a wonderful bedside manner and amazing diagnostic skills. His surgical nurses rave about him. My upper GI left no throat pain. The Colonoscopy left no ill effects.The bad comment may be from someone who he would not treat because they were mentally unstable. I have a neighbor like that and the comments sound very much like something she would say because so many doctors refused to treat her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dobbs' for about 20 years. I would not have this continued relationship if I did not trust him and value his medical expertise. Since I see him on a regular basis, I have no problems with getting appointments as I schedule far in advance. He is a kind and compassionate doctor.

I find Dr Dobbs to be very friendly and knowledgeble. He has always been good to me! Maybe the other reviewer got what he put out! Dr Dobbs did an Endoscopy on me today and it was very painless!

Staff is apathetic, not sensitive to patients, sometimes just curt and demeaning. Dr. Dobbs is a pompous know it all that has a lot of room for growing, as a doctor and his bedside manner. He can be great at duping most patients, but if you at all aware you would know he is uncaring, money hungry (got to pay for that new car of his!) and if necessary a liar. He likes to proclaim his maverick, iconoclast behavior by returning phone calls at 10 at night and making hospital rounds at midnight. I find this all part of his shock factor, "wow, look at me, I am so cool"! but, I find it ill mannered. As far as his medical abilities, I am more than underwhelmed. Perhaps, the prior positvie review was his wife or mother.
