Dr. Stuart Warren Fox, MD

Dr Fox saw my daughter in the hospital. We had a previous experience with this Dr prior, many years ago with my husband. My husband stopped seeing him and went to another neurologist. This Dr is arrogant, has no bedside manner, cuts you off when trying to answer questions, acts like he is the police asking questions and is very condescending. He berated my 20 year old daughter on things he didn’t know anything about. He made conclusions based off of MINIMAL INFORMATION, didn’t take the time to get to actually know all the facts about my daughter. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy . We didn’t request a neurologist and I can guarantee if ever at that hospital again, we will make sure we see no one in that practice especially Dr. Fox. If you are looking for caring Drs that take the time to actually get to know people, that care about their patients, that don’t judge you go to Institute of Neurology in Livingston, NJ. They have an amazing team of doctors that actually care… about their patients and don’t judge them. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. He hasn’t changed in all the years since my husband saw him. DONT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!!! Avoid this doctor When he left my daughters hospital room after a SERIOUS car accident, she was in tears with the things he said to her. A dr isn’t a good Dr without compassion and taking the time to get to know his patients.

Cold and impersonal - go to New York if you want to see a real neurologist.

Dr Fox told my loved one she had stage 2 progressive MS but in reality had he done a simple blood test he would have known my mother had cancer!!

Listen to the negative reviews! They're true! He rude and dismissive! As a caregiver for my mother with Alzheimer's, Dr. Fox could not be more indifferent towards his patients. I called when her symptoms became worse and he seemed annoyed at the idea I would dare call him. Poor bedside manner is an understatement! Find someone else! He's terrible!

Having read earlier reviews we concluded to encounter an excellent Clinician with a very poor bedside manor . We However, experienced a very pleasant Clinician, explaining his conclusion and proposed forward action plan . Must agreeable.

Dr. Fox is one of the most precise Neurologists that I have ever been treated by. He has a great bedside manner and has found problems with me that others were unable to find

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Fox for the past 5 years. He has foot pain resulting from a failed spinal surgery. Dr. Fox has done a battery of non conclusive diagnostics and has prescribed various medications. He is now prescribing large quantities of opiates, despite the fact that these drugs have a tendency for addiction and my husband has a serious heart condition, taking a cardiac drug that has a serious interaction with opiates. Dr. Fox is a contributor to today's opioid problem!!!

Many years ago after being diagnosed with MS I went to dr Fox who was doing a study on auto injectors for ms meds... during a routine neurological exam , while I was fully dressed , (as you are during such an exam), he lay me back on the table and pulled up my sweater and bra in one motion and fondled my breasts... I filed a complaint with the NJ Board of Medical Examiners.. can’t believe he is still practicing.

I have been seeing Dr Fox for severe migraines. He is always willing to listen, try new things, and if something doesn’t work, will try something else. I think he’s the best!!!

I saw 4 Neurologists and Dr. Fox was only one willing to look at my research on Medical Studies and Scientific articles explaining my complex B12 mal-absorbtion issues causes by Gastric resection GIST Cancer surgery and cytoxic Gleevec Chemotherapy! The rest refused to look at my research and ganged up on me as they were too arrogant to admit they knew less than me about my complex medical condition that included 47 known side effects of Gleevec cytoxic Chemo and over 52 Low B12 mal-absirbtion ailments!!
