While it may take longer than you’d planned, the wait is well worth it. Dr. Newman is a great ophthalmologist - very thorough. I’m happy to have found him!

Be prepared to wait several hours even for a routine eye exam. Dr Newman is a skilled doctor no doubt. However beware the billing system is designed to charge for inappropriate diagnosis in an effort to obtain as much income as possible. This is MY opinion based on my last few years visiting this office. I have had several disputes that were resolved. Not this last time. There are enough excellent ophthalmologist in the Atlanta area to choose from than have to have to put up with ridiculous waits and bogus fees.

Don't go to Thomas Eye group. I've been a patient for the last 12 years but the last two times there they have lost my paperwork. Its like I'm a new patient every time. So now I am a new patient ... somewhere else!
