Dr. Stuart Solomon, MD

Dr. Solomon is a great physician. He is warm, friendly, professional and takes as much time as you need to answer your questions and explain your situation. He is upbeat, positive and encouraging. His greatest asset is never taking even the smallest thing for granted and not wanting to find out exactly what it is. I am convinced he saved my life by being extremely exacting in his need to know what might be going on. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Best Cardiologist in Houston.

Dr. Solomon has been my heart doctor for over 25 years. There is no finer heart doctor in the Houston area. He has saved my life several times and continues to help me live a productive life. He also serves most of my family and many of my friends.

Dr. Solomon has been my Cardiologist for several years. Everyone agrees that Dr Solomon is the best at Methodist Hospital. In 2015 Dr Solomon recommended that I have a triple bypass. Two of the three arteries had issues. The Left Anterior Descending Artery did fine, the Left Circumflex Artery needed a stint, but the Right Coronary Artery bi-pass was gone! Luckly the heart grew "diagonals" (several small arteries) that supported that area of the heart. My original artery was 99% closed, but Dr Solomon inserted the wire in the artery and was able to balloon the artery a fraction of an inche and repeated it several times until the entire artery was opened. He then inserted 3 stints = 3 inches of artery and resurrected and was flowing fully. 2 years later, Dr Solomon told me that my arteries are "good as new", due to a combination of 3 medications. The stint had a slow release medication that eliminated scar tissue. Baby asprin thinned the blood and Effient kept the red blood cells… from sticking to the stint or sticking to other red blood cells. The arteries grew thru the stint which smoothed the inside of the artery and I no longer need the Effient. I'm grateful to have Dr Solomon as my Cardiologist. He gets 5 stars!

I HVAE BEEN GOING TO DR. SOLOMON FOR 20 PLUS YEARS, HE SAVED MY LIFE AFTER BEING MIS DIAGNOSED BY ANOTHER DR. I WOULD NOT CHANGE DR. HE HAS JUST GONE OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME, HE IS A GREAT DR. AND ALWAYS TAKE THE TIME IT NEEDS FOR A VISIT , GREAT BED SIDE MANNER.

Dr. Solomon has done an excellent job in providing the care & testing needed to extend my husband’s life after an aortic dissection in 2003!

Dr. Solomon is truly caring and provided best service with excellent bed side manners. Due to my heart condition referred by another doctor, he squeeze me in to see him after his normal office hour. He did successful cardiac procedure and put three stents in and avoid me to have bypass surgery on Friday afternoon. I was able to work on the following Tuesday. I appreciate his highly skilled service and excellent professional decision made for me to save my life and allow my normal routine of job quickly.

Exceeds expectations... looks "outside the box" to determine all possible causes of patient's medical problems. Did so when I became his patient and virtually extended my life. Spends time with patient and shows sincere concern for patient.

From the very first moment we meet Dr Soloman we knew he was to treat my wife, he has been a God send to her and we would not and will not change for another Dr. He truly cares for his patients.

Dr. Solomon saved my life! He assessed I was going to have a massive heart attack and took me straight to the cath lab, where he opened my LAD (widow maker) that was 99.9% blocked and inserted a stent literally in the nick of time! All that in a matter of 4 hours. I'll always be grateful to him.
