I have been trained and have successfully utilized EMDR, Trauma Focused-CBT, & Internal Family Systems Informed Approach to help my clients. My professional and personal experiences have made me a strong believer in holistic approach to therapy that includes mindfulness and body awareness in addition to evidence-based techniques.

I am aware of how important and crucial client-therapist relationships are for my clients' healing journey. Therefore, providing an environment that is safe, supportive, and free of judgement is of utmost importance for me as a clinician so that my clients can feel secure, seen, and heard.
