Dr. Su Zhan, MD

Dr Zhan was very unprofessional. She was difficult to understand, answering text messages during my procedure, and refused to answer by questions. The facilities look dirty, are poorly lit, and are dingy. Dr Zhan changed her mind about taking my case after previously deciding to take it on. This was after taking time to try more conservative treatment. Which should always be encouraged and supported by medical professionals. It seems as if it’s retribution for not deciding to go with the shots first. She then refused to answer by questions because “she does not take patient phone calls”. She also does not provide the proper information for her staff to be able to answer questions. The office staff was very professional and nice unfortunately Dr Zhan is not.

Dr.Su Zahn is a wonderful person who really cares about you as well as the rest of her staff. She addresses your issues in a professional manor and I reccomend this Dr. To all my friends and you..

I have been seeing Dr Zhan for a long time and she really cares for her patients and knows them well! Chronic pain is a complex problem that affects people both physically and emotionally. Dr Zhan understands this quite well. Her patients feel like part of a family because they trust her. The new PA Darren is a wonderful addition to her practice as he is very knowledgable, experienced and caring.

During an epidural she made an error and told me to go directly to the hospital, immediately. On the way out, she made me sign a waiver and told me to tell the hospital that it wasn't her fault. Wait time is typically 3 hours plus. Look elsewhere for pain management, I am.

Dr Zhan is the best doctor you will ever meet!! It is so worth the time you will have to wait for you to see her!! She has saved my life!! I would refer her to any one I know!!

She runs around the office like she needs medication talks to fast rushes to judge people a know it all

It is no fun being in pain believe me but Dr Zhan and her staff are wonderful. Never has a doctor cared about my well being more than she has. My goal in life is to get off pain meds it might not ever happen due to the extent of my condition but dr Zhan keeps working with me to try. I can't say enough good things, they all are wonderful.

Dr. Zhan has a great bedside manner and always listens to me. I can always call and come in if I have pain. Unfortunately, there are people who may try to ruin a doctors reputation out of spite or because they can't follow the rules. That's not right! I wish that Dr Zhan was my family doctor as well because she's terrific.

Simply the best pain doctor I've experienced over the last 15 years.

Excellence within the scope of thoroughly communicating all aspects in handling the scope of treatments, explains your current conditions, and or any concern. Most significantly, she has empathy for her patients. I would highly urge anyone seeking consultation with Dr. ZHAN!
