Dr. Explained thoroughly what he wanted to do. The outcome was as expected and satisfactory. However, punctuality is a problem and getting an answer from the emergency number was impossible.

After operations on each hand, nerve conduction test showed more damage was done during surgery, than was the origin or reason, to see a hand surgeon in the first place. Receptionist is not QUALIFIED to work with the public! Appointments and Confirmations are scattered and misplaced!!!

Dr. Polineni and his staff have to be the worst doctor I have ever consulted with. 2 times he was more than 2 1/2 hours late as I waited in his waiting room. I could have just stayed at work if his staff would have called me. Then he would not explain the problem or why the surgery had not corrected the problem as he had said it would. The office is so disorganized they are constantly rescheduling his appointments and even then you wait at least an hour to see the doctor. I finally just started asking for the last appointment of the day. Then they called me and asked me to come early!

He corrected the dx and explained what needed to be done. He was running behind ut it was not his fault. My Neurologist office sent the wrong test results. Gave good explanation of the type of surgery I needed.sscheduled ASAP I ha to change it. Surgery was can led the Dr was out of the. Ountry His office staff worked withe to res hedual. The Dr had trouble getting back from trip to India. Weather seems to be problem. I have seen hi. Before was very plrased.

I have had two separate surgeries on my hand by Dr. Polineni. One was from an accident when I cut my wrist which severed an artery and nearly a tendon. He came to the hospital very late at night and spent four hours in surgery. He did an excellent job mending me. Because of that experience, I went back to have a small tumor removed in my thumb. Again, had the same excellent care. The thing I really like about Dr. Polineni is the fact he takes his time, doesn't rush and provides excellent care. I do have to listen carefully to understand his English at times, but who cares, he is an excellent surgeon.

Dr Polineni gave me a shot of cordisone in the palm of my right hand. He moved the needle around like he was lost. It hurt worse than something really painful....OHM I was in tears, he just got up a walked away. No comment or anything. I wanted other options to my problem, but he seemed rather committed to his solution. I won't go back.
