Dr. Rao take the time to hear all your symptoms and has on site lab to help with diagnosis. I do wish wait time was shorter and that the couches would be replaced. also the guy who helps him is a grump.

I recently was a patient at this facility and the physician was very attentive. He was very thorough and spent ample time with me to answer all questions. I did have a wait while in the room but it was understandable as quite a few of the rooms were occupied with people. I also love that you can walk in without an appointment and see the doctor. The wait is usually not too long unless it is really busy. I recommend these doctors to anyone looking. I am going to make them my primary physician.

Takes time to hear all of your symptoms

Staff is not professional . Seems as if they have no expirence at all and office needs an update. It's looks and smell as if it was from 1970. No electronic records; everything is old Dr was good and polite

Dr Rao set my arm, said I did not need surgery. 4 weeks later I questioned the xRay, he said I would be healed in 2 weeks. I then went to an Orthopedic Doc, xRay still showed my arm was broken, bones were also bent outwards, my arm never would have healed. I had surgery, a plate & 7 pins. 4-1/2 months later and I am still in Occupational Therapy for my wrist .. Dr Rao gave me a new problem, my wrist was fine when I went to see him. I Do Not recommend this man.Also whether you make an appointment or not be prepared to wait 2-3 hours.

This is first and last visit to this doctor, This doctor very rude, don't give you much information, don't listen to patient, seems he doesn't know anything, very unprofessional. I won't recommend to see this doctor. Even the staff also very rude.

For years this practice has been my backup doctors because you can go at times you can not go to your primary care physicians. I recommend them without hesitation when your primary care physician is not available and you do not want to go to an emergency room.

This is a very convenient source for medical care. The EMC's short wait times and the fact that appointments are not necessary is convenient for people who think their time is valuable. They also have long hours to accommodate people who can only go to the doctor early in the morning or late at night.I highly recommend the Downers Grove Emergency Medical Clinic for people with minor complaints, like colds or allergies. I also recommend it for people who have chronic conditions like high blood pressure, where some monitoring is needed. Finally, this place is good for people with minor injuries that require stitches or for mending broken bones. I think that most of the negative comments on this doctor were made by people upset that the doctor would not prescribe pain pills.

He is absolutely doesn't listen his patients, very rude, doesn;t know what he's talking about, gives wrong information, not honest.

THIS FULL SERVICE MEDICAL FACILITY PROVIDED THE BEST CARE WHEN I HAD AN ASTHMA ATTACK WHILE I WAS VISITING MY MOTHER DURING THANKSGIVING IN DOWNERS GROVE,ILL. THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND DR.RAO WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALSO THE HOURS WERE EXCELLENT AND THEY WERE OPEN ON A HOLIDAY (THANKSGIVING DAY).
