Dr. Subhash Kumar Thareja, MD

I hesitate to give specifics, as I can be identified from the desciptions. But the work and responsiveness to patients is sloppy or he makes serious mistakes. This has happened twice to us and is observable from how he proceeds with other patients or caregivers in the waiting area. as well. Meanwhile the "bedside manner" sucks. His English pronunciation is poor and his paitients are largely elderly and have trouble hearing to begin with. However, even caregivers that bring the patient to the office have trouble understanding him and his instructions. He is brusk. And, after delivering an English mess of a description or battery of questions, he behaves rather impatiently as though it is your fault for not understanding. I think this guy is burnt out and should probably just retire to his palace at 123 Lansing Island and let his wife - or sister or whoever - who works upstairs as a dermatologist make the money. I have no idea about the quality of her work. The office or practice… manager "Sandy" covers for him (aka lies) when he makes the errors. He owns her and takes her along on little vacations like you would a pet animal.

I have found Dr. Thareja to be an outstanding cardiologist, a caring and honest person and an outstanding individual. I am glad to be his patient.

This is one of the most under rated doctor Ive seen yet, he is kind interested and his staff go above and beyond! He has a large practice, so how is it that he gets such a low rating?? No one forces these patients to come back to him, and I know several who have gone to hime for 15 years? Dont judge a provider by on line ratings and rantings by vendictive misinformants.

Was more interested in how much money I was able to put down. I called to cancel because u could afford and they said it was just a stress test and when I got there they did 1300 worth of tests and can't get any results and leaving me with more questions and stress. Still dealing with chest pain 2 weeks later.

Very nice Dr . explains everything what is going on and listen to what you have to say .

I've been his patient for years and he has saved my life. I love knowing that my heart doctor has a caring heart. I would recommend him to everyone!
