I came to Cleveland from Pittsburgh in search of a specific test for myself and my husband. Dr Patel had great bedside manners. We were so impressed with how smoothly and quickly everything went at the clinic. Dr Patel listened to our long winded stories and didn’t argue with me about what I thought I was dealing with. He was sympathetic and open to my concerns. I highly recommend this place!

After suffering with recurring UTIs for years, Dr Patel listened and came up with a multifaceted approach to help me. He was very comprehensive in his evaluation, empathetic to my situation and spent a good deal of time understanding all aspects of my issues. I have hope for the first time in years. Very thankful for my visit with him.

I really liked the doctor! I had to cancel my appointment, when I did cancel I got a phone call from the doctor wife telling me that the doctor doesn't like you to cancel. I explained to her I was in car accident and would call back to reschedule my appointment. She gave me a hard time and told me I had to do it now because she didn't know if I would call back to reschedule, well at that point I decided I would not go back to his office. I have found another dr for this reason. I don't need to have his wife calling and telling me what I have to do. This isn't good for the doctors business to have his wife harassing his patients!!
