I have never written a negative review about a company, business or doctor's office in my entire existence, but I can honestly say that this place deserves one... I came here because my insurance changed and I could no longer go to my normal dentist. I wanted to go in for a regular cleaning, which they told me they couldn't schedule until I came in for a check up first... I also had a small chip in my tooth which I wanted to take care of. So I made the appointment and went in for an assessment. I was told that I needed a veneer for my chipped tooth, fillings because my teeth had "deep grooves" (no cavities mind you) and that all of my older fillings needed to be drilled out and replaced with new ones... I knew immediately that this guy was all about money and suggesting unnecessary procedures.... I had just been to the dentist 7 months prior and had no issues. I decided to leave the office and not schedule any follow up appointments because I was so uncomfortable!! I called my normal… dentist a few days later, paid cash and got my tooth fixed in less than 20 minutes.. I wish I would have read more reviews, which is why I am leaving one myself...avoid this place if you can!!!

Dr. Swaroop was assigned to me by my insurance company. When he looked in my mouth and saw I had no dental work done in the past I could see the dollar signs in his eyes bulging out. He said I needed over $1,000 worth of work, including multiple cavities. I told him I could not afford it at the time and just would like a basic cleaning. After a high pressure sales pitch by three people at the office I did not feel comfortable with the work he wanted to perform and he refused to clean my teeth. I recently received new dental insurance and was able to go to another dentist. My new dentist said I had no cavities and did the basic cleaning with out question. I have written very few reviews online, probably less than 5. I am only writing because of a responsibility I feel to every other person seeking dental help. I can not speak to the work he actually has done. The hygienist was helpful and kind. I have never left a doctors office feeling more violated and pressured into… something my gut told me I did not need. Seeing my new dentist confirmed that my concerns were real. I honestly feel some sort of moral obligation to file a report with the dental board or some other sort of governing body. I won't because I am sure everything he did was somehow justifiable in the court of law. At the very least I would recommend getting a second opinion before you do anything.

Please keep your family away from Dr. Swaroop. He completely messed up my teeth. He was arrogant and rough with me. He did not wait till I was numb before he started working on my teeth. He told me that I needed 13 crowns and being my trusting self I believed every word he told me. He put in 13 crowns in a matter of a couple weeks, and I paid him around $10,000.00. Six months later my crowns started to pop off. I went to another dentist who advised me that the crowns were done incorrectly and that I would need to have them all replaced. Still 4 years later my mouth hurts all the time, my bite is completely screwed up, and I have jaw pain that I never had before. To top it all off, his office manager at the time opened a false care credit account in my name and stole a few thousand dollars from me and complete messed up my credit. I asked him multiple times to please call care credit to fix the situation but he nerved followed through. Stay away!
