I was there with my 20 yr old son. dr would walk in the room and shake his hand and speak to him but wouldn't acknowledge I was there. When I tried to explain situation or add comment he would ask me to be quiet and let my son talk. Not very easy for a mom especially when I knew incorrect info was being discussed. When he did finally listen to me, my concerns were dismissed with the attitude that dr knew and understood all of my son's history. Did not feel like he listened to us. only wanted to medicate

My 1st visit was not as planned. A woman came in for her appointment on the wrong day, but at the same time as mine. They took her in anyways, and later told me they did not have time to run my test because the exam took longer than expected, even though they scheduled the "test". Setting a second appointment around my schedule was difficult but we managed. So now, I have another co-pay and my insurance will get another bill. However, when I go back for the test, Im left waiting for 30 minutes with no explanation. They never spoke a word to me and I was the only one in the waiting room. When they call me back I find out how long the test will take and I told them I no longer had that much time, because they waited too long. The woman became rude, never offered an explanation or an apology. When I told her I did not need to hear her attitude she kept running her mouth. I then informed her fine, I will not return. What time I did have in front of Wadhwa was not bad, he seemed direct, but… I did not appreciate being tossed aside for their messup. I will not be going back if that is how the staff treats a patient.
