Dr. Subramaniam Kugathasan, MD

Dr.K is my daughters gastro doc and has been since 2008. Some of the reason why I would never choose another doc for my daughter is: He explains everything, he's caring, always follow up with her. And is accurate in diagnosing her problems. HE'S ONE OF THE BEST!!!

We have been utilizing Dr. K. since 2008. We have found him to be a caring and compassionate physician. He is available to us not only on his office phone, but answers his personal cell phone as well when we call. Our son's condition has been stabilized under his care. One thing that we truly appreciate about him, is his least medications possible practice. Our son has gone from over 24 pills per day, to one injection every two weeks.

I brought my daughter to Dr. Kugathasan for a second opinion after her diagnosis of Crohn's disease. She was seen the same day I called for an appointment. We found Dr. K, his coordinator, Christine, and all of his staff to be beyond courteous, caring and interested in helping our daughter.He spent much time talking to her, LISTENING to her and answering her many, many questions. She left the appointment encouraged and with hope.I would HIGHLY recommend (and have, in fact, referred someone to him who is now his patient) Dr. Kugathasan to anyone suffering from IBD!He definitely put my daughter on the right path with treatment and management of Crohn's.We feel privileged to have found Dr. Kugathasan, Christine and the rest of his staff, and are very grateful that our daughter is under his care.
