Dr. Subramanian Srinivas, MD

I am a fairly new patient and I find it difficult to make an appointments if the appointments are not pre-scheduled after your visit. On three occasions, I made multiple attempts to schedule an emergent visit or to speak to the Doctor and was unsuccessful. I literally had to wait until the evening to call the answering service in order to speak to the Physician. Each time I called during the day, I was transferred to the answering machine in addition to leaving several messages.

D. Srinivas is very nice and friendly IF you are able to get an appointment or speak with him on the phone. Wait time in his office has always been at least 2 hours never 10 minutes. I've been a patient for several years. Only go see him when I absolutely have to because of these issues. He doesn't return phone calls and neither does his secretary. Her customer service can actually be very poor and she seems to have an attitude.

Dr. Srinivas has been my PCP and GI for about 10 years. He's performed my colonoscopy and has always been available when needed. His secretary, Deborah, is AWESOME as well. I can always count on her to immediately relay messages to him, and he responds within 24 hours. Genuinely cares about his patients and overall a good guy.

Very nice, very caring. Willing to explain options and possible outcomes of all methods of treatment.

Dr Srinivas is excellent, caring, attentive, experienced, responds quickly to calls, listens to his patients, refers to other doctors when appropriate, follows up with any tests that have been done. He will personally call if he feels it is needed. Has a new secretary that is fantastic. He is the best in gastro and general care. He keeps up with new medications and procedures. His intuition and experience leads him to diagnosis quickly. He never does needless tests. It's like he has radar right to your problem. The top of his field.
