I have been seeing her and her staff for years now and I have never had any issues what so ever.

I have had numerous medical issues and not sure I would have made it without Dr. Mitra. She is on top of my concerns and goes the extra mile to ensure I get the care I need. She has found things that most would have overlooked.

When you need someone on your side, Dr. Mitra is NOT that person. At times you may need your Dr. for things that happen outside the medical office. When my mother had a car accident last year, Mitra’s office would not see her and instead sent her to a hack chiropractor, the last thing she needed with a spinal fracture. This year when mom needed her to provide very basic information for her assisted living facility in another state, Mitra again refused to help out. My mother was a patient of hers for 15 years. Find a Dr. who actually cares.

Office manager gave no decent time-sensitive alternative when the doctir was out for a week. Patient needed urgent referrals but was unable to be seen timely.

Dr Mitra does not treat the patient instead she refers the patient to specialists and requires the patient to return to hear results from her, even if there is no need to treat. My elderly mother was her patient for 2 years and Dr. Mitra never looked in her eyes, mouth, ears. She’s was always in a hurry, and never once did she ensure my mother understood her diagnosis or instructions. The office is dirty and staff, like the doctor, is too busy to fully answer questions.

I am truly blessed to have found Dr. Mitra and her staff when I relocated to Florida in 2016. She is knowledgable, caring, personable, and has made all the appropriate referrals for all my complex healthcare issues. She and her staff are outstanding and are truly the exemplar of patient centered care model and approach.
