Dr. Sudheer Gurram, MD

I HAVE AN 84 YR OLD MOTHER WHO GOES TO Dr. Sudheer Gurram. They are often closed and they do NOT care for her in the way I believe think they need to. Right now she has been sick since Thursday; she called them and asked what to do. They ordered her an antibiotic without seeing her. She took it for three days. It began making her sick. She called back and they told her, "stop taking it. if you get worse call us back". They DID NOT ASK HER TO COME IN AND BE SEEN BY THE DOCTOR!!!!! She IS WORSE; IT COULD BE PNEUMONIA OR THE FLU, OR WHO KNOWS WHAT IT COULD BE!!!!! I called her doctor today and the office is closed. Upon asking when they would return they said they would reopen on Wednesday at 8:30am. They didn't ask if someone could return her call. THE DOCTOR IS NEVER ON CALL OR RETURNS CALLS WHEN THE OFFICE IS CLOSED. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I really like the doctor but I can not prescriptions sent to pharmacies . watiing one month for cve and humana to get refills. pharmacies fax doc. I telephone doc, still no refills orders sent.

There could never be a more Compassionate, caring, intelligent Physician that I've ever dealt with. He is warm and sincere, I feel so safe in his Care as does my husband, and other members of my family, we particulary live in Illinois and are so willing to drive to Evansville just to have him as our family Dr.

Great bedside manners. Listens to his patients., shows personal concern for his patient's wellbeing.

Dr is personable and easy to talk to. He seams genuinely concerned about my concerns. I always feel lifted up or relieved when I leave. He is excellent at figuring out a diagnosis. He always says "Hi" when I see him in the store. Occasionally I have waited over a half hour, but I like my doctor!

Very compassionate and professional

I think he is an amazing doctor. I sometimes get a little frusterated waiting, but I think overall it's worth it.
