Dr. Sudhir Ramniklal Daftary, MD

Have seen Dr. Daftary for a few months and have received great care from him but the assistant, Andrea, is discourteous and unsympathetic.I am happy with Dr. Daftary as he has helped me with my pain level but Andrea will go out of her boundaries and do her best to destroy my level of care. She acts as if she runs the office but she is only a medical assistant and not a good one at that. I believe the Doctors do not know how she treats the patients as she is never in the room the same time the Doctor is present. She is supposed to update the meds in the records but it is apparent she does not put what I tell her. She keeps stating that if I do this or that, I am breaking the contract. She is a real problem and destroys my experience with this great Dr. He does what he can to make me comfortable but Andrea will do her best to destroy the treatment plan he has created. She has the audacity to go over his head to complain about my treatment plan.to others in the practice. It is not her… place to do such a thing. She should be fired and replaced with a considerate and caring assistant.. I'm hoping they will read this review and make the needed change to improve the atmosphere in the office. She gossips which makes matters worse. I have followed protocol and have never veered from it. She obviously doesn't understand severe pain.either , nor does she care.

I think he would do better in a private practice. His colleague's cause confusion to his caring for a patient. OK PAIN AND WELLNESS IS A BAD CHOICE. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU HAVE CANCER PAIN
