Making an appointment is the only good thing. 1st, I had to pay out of pocket the full amount since insurance did not put my daughter through for some reason. Receptionist told me 4 times literally I would get everything back, well, they applied it to my deductible without my consent. I called them to give me the remaining back, they said they would, then just applied it to my deductible again with out my consent. They finally gave it back to me after asking 3 times. Shud have left then, but stupidly didn't. Then they misdiagnosed my daughter's rash that OTC would not cure THREE times. After spending money on presc., I asked if I had to pay for the times they misdiagnosed it, and they gave me an attitude. NEVER going there again. And no one else should either.

Spends as much time as you need to get all of your questions answered. She has a great bedside manner. My son is Autistic, ADHD, and loves to see her. She enjoys her job which is refreshing. She also offers well researched solutions and will discuss all therapies/options with you as a parent as well as listen to parents concerns and suggestions. The office staff is very professional,and courteous. We have been with this office over 1 year and I highly recommend Dr. Sue Francisco at All About Kids to any parent.
