Although she is a very nice person, I was shocked at the lack of help she provided, so after a little over a year, we changed Doctors. She prescribed a medication for my son that was $250.00 a month so we asked if we had another option, we switched to a medication that I asked about, so it didn't appear it was prescribed out of experience or expertice. When down the road, that stopped working (at 40mg) she suggested changing drug families and explained that the body can get use to a medication and a change like this is necessary. The last straw came when she gave us the new prescription-which was going to cost $473.00. So we went back upstairs to again ask what other options there were, her nurse came back and handed us a prescription for the original medication that we had already determinded wasn't working. Needless to say, that was the last time we saw her.
