I called at 8:00 on a Monday morning feeling ill. I called back at 11 and then 1 and then 3, at which time they told me a nurse had tried to contact me though I had no missed calls or voicemail. So at nearly the end of the day, too late to get in elsewhere, they say she has NO time to see me and won’t for the rest of the week!! I have been generally pleased with my care, but what good is it to have a pulmonologist that can’t see me when I need them.

I was happy with her care, but I called on a Monday feeling ill and was told she had NO availability ALL week. Does me no good to have a pulmonologist if I can’t get in! Called at 8am and several times during the day to see if they were going to give me an appointment, call in a prescription or what. Literally waited home by my phone from 8-3:45.
