Dr. Sue C Eng, MD

Dr. Eng performed an EGD-Colonoscopy on me this afternoon. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable prior to surgery, as well as afterward. We place our lives in the hands of doctors we've not met before. I would definitely request Dr. Eng perform future surgeries, if needed.

The doctor was condescending and made it difficult to discuss an uncomfortable topic. Not crazy about her needing a Male "scribe" in the appointment either. I will find another doctor.

Talks very condescending. Annoyed by questions about next steps and the results.

She did a colonoscopy on me and did not tell me nor my mother who was in the waiting room of the hospital what she found. The nurses saw that she'd left and brought my mom into my room and told her that Dr. Eng found a polyp but they did not know any more details. They were as confused as we were as to why she just left the hospital without talking to us. I called and left a message the next day and had to wait 2 days for her to call me back. She swears she talked to me right after the procedure, but I swear I did not remember (being asleep and all). I went back for a follow up-but will be looking elsewhere for a decent GI doctor.
