Best service I have experienced in a medical setting.

She is inconsiderate and I highly recommend you avoid her at all costs.

?? RED ALERT RED ALERT ?? If I could give negative 900 billion stars to this waste of a Doctor I would. She may be great for you if you enjoy having scripts written for you and you are never told about them, enjoy driving across town and taking time off for an appointment and she cancels on you, if you have a serious issue and she takes a month to get back to you about anything and more importantly if you love someone that talks like a politician dodging your medical questions cause she cannot answer them she is your go to!! By far the worst GI I’ve ever been to in my entire life at 30 now. Save your co-pay and spend it where your money will actually go towards getting you healed instead of wasted on incompetence. She should lose her medical license for how unprofessional she is. She has absolutely no skills in patient care. You are simply a number walking in. She is scared to think outside the box so if it doesn’t pop up on webMD when you put in your exact symptoms she won’t be able… to figure out what’s wrong. Google search is a better resource than Sue Mitchell.

Don’t waste your time here. Dr. Mitchell is unbelievably incompetent and dismissive of my condition. She actually just refused to see me when I showed up at my follow-up, because she was offended that I started seeing an actually intelligent GI specialist, because her office is not in the least proactive about my rapidly-worsening condition. She refused to fill out short term disability for my work, because she’s too incompetent to figure out what’s wrong with me. Apparently losing 20 lbs in a month, being underweight, vomiting daily, light-headedness, and many more sever symptoms I’ve been experiencing are “not excuses to not be at work.” (I work as a CNA at a hospital, where I give care to critical patients.) My manager called me yesterday to inform me that because they failed to turn in paperwork, I will have to resign from my job. They literally cost me my job, while they were farting around, refusing to help me. I knew medical professionals are generally apathetic about their job,… but I’ve never experience anything like this before. Go to Dr. William Lunt instead. He is very thorough and actually wants to help out his patients.

This office makes you buy a $25 "Prep Kit". I looked at the Prep Kit when I got home and I threw away half of the stuff they make you buy.

This office tries to pressure you into buying a Colonoscopy Prep Kit for $25. The only medicine in this kit is Perrigo Polyethylene Glycol 3350 8.3 Oz that sells for $11.58 on Amazon. The other contents of this kit are unnecessary as you already have what you need at home instead of this stuff. They even have a diaper, wipes and a water bottle in this kit. Come on!! Overcharge of $13.42 for unnecessary items.

Everyone was wonderful

I had a very good experience especially considering this was my first colonoscopy. There were 3 items I will mention as areas of improvement. 1. My husband, who accompanied me, was not verbally given my discharge instructions; however, I did receive the written discharge instructions. 2. I don't remember talking to the doctor after the procedure; so I'm not sure if she came in or not. 3. I explained that my husband would be waiting in our vehicle in the parking lot since he could not sit in the medical facility (for health reasons) while I had the procedure. They said that was fine and that they would give him a phone call when they were ready for him to come in. They called him and he went inside but still had to wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes. He finally went to the desk and asked about me, and was then escorted to my recovery room. (he said no one was at the front desk when he went into the office)
