Dr. Sue Hope Schler, MD

I was in to see Dr. Schler recently and she and her staff were magnificant. Scott and Alexia are very professional and pleasant, and Dr. Schler is a wonderful physician. I believe that its not just accuracy and brains that make a good physician....your bed side manner is honestly right up there next to accuracy of diagnosing the patient. My experience was wonderful and I am so glad I chose Dr. Schler and her staff for my new PCP.

Dr. Schler is very professional...just read over her credentials and you will be impressed. Her staff is very friendly and efficient. She cares about the whole patient, not just what ailing you at the moment. Scott is sweet, and Alexis is a doll:-)

I believe that Dr. Schler is a good, caring physician that spends time with the patient and does not make one feel rushed;explains things in detail. Her office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I believe they are hindering her practice. The office could stand a good cleaning.

My opinion of Dr. Schler is that she is knowledgeable,pleasant and caring, however the office on Swann is dirty and old. I don't expect a luxurious office, but I do demand a clean one. Sometimes the waiting time is extensive. The staff is not helpful nor friendly or seem to really care about the patients needs. I will not be going back for the reasons stated above.

Everytime I called to make an appointment, a certain staff asked for money I didn't owe and then apologized for error in computer...not once but "several times?" One time it was for 5 cents! In addition, this same staff tried to charge me 5 times for same form that took 3 months to get...when I explained and finally frustrated complained and asked to speak to doctor about it...doctor let me go as patient versus staffer MJ ??? Interesting.....
