Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a medical professional. I visited Susan Webb at age 45 with concerns about an unusual discharge from my chest area. When I explained what I had observed, she responded by asking, “Why are you touching yourself?” — which felt shaming, unprofessional, and inappropriate. Rather than addressing my medical concern or explaining possible causes, she seemed more focused on criticizing me for examining my own body. I left the appointment feeling dismissed, uncomfortable, and without answers. I would never want my daughters or anyone else to be treated that way by a doctor.
