Dr. Suellan Go Yao

Dr. Yao was extremely rude in explaining that the health of my gums is not where it should be for someone my age. She treated me as if it were a chore, as if she was doing treatment for free. She seems even more irritated by questions regarding gum health (aka hello, I don't want to have to come back here so help me out). Needless to say, I will not be returning to see her again.

This is my first time I am giving a doctor’s review. My experience with Dr. Suellan Yao was horrible. Very unpleasant examination and explanation of my problem. She talks very fast, and when she was done talking, she got very upset because I didn’t understand her fast explanation. I told her, I was not a dentist, and I need to understand what she was saying. She got so offended because I didn’t stop her in the middle of her 15 seconds explanation. I need to say that to be considered a “doctor” you need to be kind, and compassionate with your patients. I don’t recommend her at all. She is damaging the dental office in Manhattan.
