1st: most of the employees were wearing masks below nose or on chin. Red flag #1. 2nd: super dated office. For as much as they billed my insurance, they should at least have a decent office. 3rd: the billing practices are insane. You have to come in for consult (get billed for) then 3 allergy test visits (also billed for) then a last appt to get results (also billed for)! In copay alone, that was $120. Other allergists do all of this in one day as opposed to Rossman who breaks it up into 3 visits. More money for her. I'd wager that this is fraudulent billing too. Unbundling charges. 4th: she "diagnosed" me with asthma even though I came for food testing. She did a lung test (again to bill me for) and said I had great lung function. Then she made me take some meds and retested my lungs. Then said I had excellent function. So my lungs went from great to excellent. So tell me why she diagnosed me with asthma?? Now I have asthma as a pre-existing condition and Blue Cross can't do… anything about it. I have to get my PCP to submit a letter saying I don't have asthma. And all for what? So Suellen could charge me for a lung test I didn't need? 5th: I never even got results!! By the time my 3rd round of testing came, I got a bill from her for $430. So I cancelled my last appointment because i knew that I'd owe her $100 more plus a $60 copay. 6th: during testing, the nurse introduced me to another patient in an exam room! Hello HIPAA! This is the worst experience I've ever had with a physician. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Very knowledgeable and personable. She takes time to listen to your issues and explain conditions and treatments.
