Dr. Suganya J Karuppana

I have removed myself and another family member’s from dr. Karuppana’s care and in the process of removing a third. She, nor her staff, return calls or respond in a satisfactory manner to help her patients, has left patients without necessary (non-pain, for chronic conditions) medicine for WEEKS with little option for resolution other than allowing the condition to get so bad it requires emergency intervention and brushes off the concerns of her patients often. Seeing a doctor who treats you like a first time patient every time you talk is frustrating and burdensome. The staff, who I believe are young and need better training, have no authority or understand prioritizing patient concerns, much less respond to phone inquiries. I am considering filing a complaint with the state board over medical malpractice.
