I have been a patient of hers for 25 years. I have a rare esophageal disorder and she is very knowledgeable and always takes her time to explain everything. She also handles my scopes with care and compassion.

The receptionist was very rude and cold. I didn't even schedule. She made the entire office look bad.

I was a patient of Dr. Turlapatis for 15 years. Every time I had a colonoscopy I was overmedicated and could barely wake up. I would go home and throw up after each one. My husband's work switched insurance and she was no longer covered by our new insurance -- between finding a new physician and leaving her office -- she would not even call in a prescription renewal for me -- this after being with her for 15 years! I would NOT recommend her or her nasty receptionists.
