She spent only 1 hr and 6-8 minutes with me and falsified the medical record to say she spent over 2 hours with me. She falsified the medical record to lave out my report of allodynia and falsified the medical record to say that all my "neuro exams were except" I fell to the right. She left out "normal" or "abnormal" in that statement, and that allowed subsequent physicians to claim that I had no neurological deficits. She did not order any tests to help diagnose the neurological deficits. I was misdiagnosed by her and have an organic (true reason, not just me making up my signs and symptoms) reason for those abnormal neuro exam tests that she falsified the medical record to make it appear that they were all normal. She did not even order any blood tests and MRI to investigate for Hashimoto encephalopathy or neurotoxicity from the Valtrex and Cymbalta I had taken. I had to ask for a neurology consult myself. My neurologist diagnosed Hashimoto encephalopathy that she had just… ignored.

She was direct. She was detailed. Committed to determining the problem and resolving it.

This doctor was rude, non-caring, distracted and doesn't hear anything you say to her. She refused to write one prescription I needed a refill on, even though I have been on them for years without complications and if not slowly tapered off of, dangerous side affects will occur. Which I ended up having to go through because of this doctor.
