Worst customer service Z I don’t know how he is surviving 20 year service. He don’t know how to talk with his patient. If he is so busy then why he is accepting the appointment. He must stay safe at home and relax. Because it’s not right to play with other people emotions. I will definitely take action against him.

Dr. Banerjee seems to be only concerned with himself and his “very busy” schedule. I went to meet with him after recurring sinus issues and he basically told me to tough it out until it goes away. I pushed harder to get a scan and received one. Scan was clear, I asked for suggestions and he didn’t offer anything. He replied to the email with “do not contact me again.” I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a doctor as I have with Dr. Banerjee. To think that he was too inconvenienced to see me and reply to a couple emails - wow - I mean I’m a busy person too and I went to the dr office, he didn’t come to me or anything. Kaiser - I don’t suggest you having this person represent your hospital...I will be leaving Kaiser because of this experience.

After almost 7 years of trusting SUJAY BANERJEE with my healthcare, I've decided that I deserve better. If you are looking for a smug diagnosis, and unwillingness to be seen, a preference to be diagnosed over email, ZERO follow-up, knee-jerk reactions, and complaints from the Dr that he receives too many emails and has too many patients - Then SUJAY BANERJEE is the Dr for you! I deserve better and have parted ways with him.
