I found Dr Reddy to be impersonal/disinterested from the moment he walked in & barely acknowledged me. He mostly looked at his computer; was terse & unhelpful in answering my questions; bordered on rudeness with his lack of engagement. I left feeling very “unhelped” with a distressing problem - & very unimpressed. I will change doctors as soon as possible.

I was referred to Dr. Reddy for urodynamic testing. I was very scared and apprehensive. Catheters were my worst fear, having had some very painful ones before. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff put me at ease and could not have been any kinder or more professional. I was seen on time, and greeted with a smile by every person there. The catheters and procedure was not painful at all. He explained everything they were doing as they were testing and explained the results to me afterward. He promptly sent my records to my gynecologist also. It was very refreshing to go to a place where I truly felt the dr. and his entire staff cared. I would give them more than 5 stars if I had the option. Highly recommended.

Very insulting when you ask questions. Does not want to explain any procedure. Developed problems after surgery he said it was nothing he did--really?

Dr.Reddy is an exceptional physician that has the best bedside manner of any physician I have met. He is honest, and doesn't mind doing research if he doesn't know all of the answers. He listens to your every complaint and is very supportive. He will not make a decision in your care without discussing it with you beforehand, and he is upfront whether it be good or bad.
