Dr. Sukanya Rani Makkapati, DO

Dr. Makkapati is a terrible doctor. She doesn't have any empathy towards patients and she is not communicative at all, one literally has to pull the words out of mouth if they want to get any types of answers to their questions or concerns. She answers all questions with simple yes/no good/bad and she doesn't seem to care to explain anything or to make a patient feel at ease. Overall, very uncomfortable experience with Dr.Makkapati and would never recommend her to anyone.

Terrible experiences with this office and most of the doctors. From them missing test results, not relaying the correct messages back and telling me I was over-reacting when I was upset when I miscarried. "People will forget what you say, but they will never forget how you made them feel." This sums up my experience at this office over and over again. I've had friends with similar experiences.
