Dr. Sukhdev Amarnani, MD

BEWARE of excessive/fraudulent bills. Do not pay anything up front and wait for insurance EOB (explanation of benefits) letter. Chaotic office and unprofessional. Treatment is a hit or a miss with the Dr. trying to push treatments that are not covered by insurance. Husband is Dr and his wife is the receptionist + nurse assistant + office person. They are nice when you pay. The moment you question about bills they turn hostile.

Worst pediatric Dr ever. Equipment not working. Vaccines not available. May charge you at the visit even if it is covered by the insurance. Find a better choice. At the end, the receptionist was very rude to my wife.

Very nice doctor. Listens carefully and gives proper advice. Avoids unnecessary tests and medicines.

I have been going to Dr. Amarnani for about 7 years and while I do agree with others that the office lacks the plush finish of some others, Dr. Amarnani spends time with me like only a friend would. He has always accurately diagnosed my symptoms and prescribed what was needed. He doesn't push pharmaceuticals like other doctors and has respect for the human body. I will continue seeing Dr. Amarnani for as long as I live in this area.

Doctor is horrible...staff is horrible. My son had strep throat for 10 days before giving him the results, anD we had to call several times to get the results. Staff is rude and disorganized!!!

Love it!! I dont wait around, fits my schedule. He listens everything you have to say and explains what he is doing.Been back for three more visits, and have told friends to go there.He is my primary doctor

I didn't have money for medicines; doctor gave enough samples to help me out.

I had been going to the very vibrant business of Bridgewater Pediatrics, very unhappily for about a year. I should have investigated changing doctors much sooner but kept the faith that the care, when seen by the next Dr. in their rotation, would change. It did not. I was very uneasy about my choice of Dr. Armarmani initially as my daughter's new pediatrician as his clinic is quite old and unkempt, especially on the exterior, but I needed a Dr. very close by for a quick appt. I can tell you that I was much more than impressed with the care my daughter received. Dr. Armarmani spent more than 45 minutes with my daughter and myself, even caring for a cough that he noticed that I had (he gave me samples for the cough). While initially I thought him stoic and somewhat uncommunicative my feelings soon changed. He was wonderful with my daughter. He finally suggested bloodwork for my 5 year old to rule out anything serious related to pain in her leg. When the blood tests came in he… did leave a msg. on my phone stating that he needed to speak with my about the results, no further explanation was given. I was panicked as we had discussed the possibility of leukemia as a cause of her problem. Very distraught with his abrupt message I phone his office, which was closed for the day. On the office machine, Dr. Armarmani lists his home phone number for patients if needed - a first in my experience. I reached him at home and while he did not quite recall what was "off" in her tests he stated it "marginal" and assured me not to worry. While that experience, lasting until I reached him at home, while terrifying does not shake my confidence in this doctor. He spends more than ample time with patients and treats them knowledgeably and carefully. Overall I would highly recommend this doctor for pediatric and adult medicine.
