I would give zer0 stars if I could. Be careful this guy spent very little time with me and did not listen to any of my issues. He ignored me and was pretty rude. He made me feel stupid. He waa not nice. I sat in my car and cried before I went home. It was pointless to see him. I am switching back to aetna!

HE ROUTINELY REFUSES MEDICAL TEST, LIKE LABS MRIS CTS. HE PUTS IN HIS REPORTS THAT WE DISCUSSED NUTRITION.WE'VE NEVER DISCUSSED MY DIET EVEN WHEN HE PUT ME ON A CHOLESTEROL MEDICATION. I ASKED FOR A REFERRAL WHICH HIS SAYS WASN'T NECESSARY. HE HAD CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS ON ME. NEVER CALLS ON TIME.FOR PHONE APPS. HE ARGUES. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND OTHER KAISER STAFF TALK ABOUT USING THE TERMS " arrogant and lack of care"
