Poor attitude, unfriendly, and unhelpful unless you have dental insurance. Went in for a second opinion about a dental issue I was having. Didn’t know what she was talking about saying that I had a unfinished root canal when it was a filling. Aggressively tapped on my teeth that had nothing to do with what I came in for to determine that I wasn’t feeling pain. Expecting me to talk while having tools in my mouth. Although I had clearly stated the pain was periodic and that wasn’t what I came in for. Demeanor completely changed when I said I was visiting the area and didn’t have dental. Didn’t want to take the time to let me fully explain anything, made assumptions, and was annoyed that I corrected her on what my previous dentist had done. It’s really unfortunate when health care professionals don’t listen to their patients and think they know everything without so much as a real conversation being had. It’s clear when health care professionals only cares about a patient based on what… they get out of it. Not sure if she just doesn’t care about her job or is just inefficient. Didn’t say bye or have a nice day just simply left the room in a very rude and abrupt manner. Spent 125 dollars to be treated poorly and leave with even less of an answer that I’ve received from free dental visits.
